If you are a practitioner: enter your email address and the password. It is best to copy and paste the assigned password from the second email to this screen.

1.  Open the password email.  Highlight the password making sure to not highlight extra spaces or characters. Copy the password.

2.   Paste the password into the password field and submit.

If you are a delegated user: enter the applicant's email address, your email address and your assigned password.
